At Aurelia Clinic, we are committed to providing safe, ethical, and high-quality aesthetic treatments tailored to each individual client. All treatments are carried out following a thorough consultation to ensure suitability and a clear understanding of the procedure and expected outcomes.
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments and the time reserved for each appointment, Aurelia Clinic operates a strict refund policy.
Individual Treatment Results
All aesthetic treatments are bespoke and results may vary from person to person. Outcomes may be influenced by several factors including, but not limited to:
● Individual anatomy and skin condition
● Lifestyle factors
● Age and metabolism
● Medical history and medications
● Healing response
● Adherence to aftercare advice
For this reason, Aurelia Clinic cannot guarantee specific aesthetic results, and dissatisfaction with the outcome of a treatment does not qualify for a refund.
Where appropriate, a review appointment may be offered to assess treatment outcomes and discuss any suitable follow-up options.
Completed Treatments
Once a treatment has been carried out, it is non-refundable.
By proceeding with treatment, clients confirm that they have:
● Received a full consultation
● Had the opportunity to ask questions
● Provided informed consent
● Understood the potential risks and variable outcomes associated with aesthetic procedures
Booking Fees
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments at Aurelia Clinic.
Booking fees are taken to reserve clinic time and will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day of the appointment.
Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling outside of the permitted notice period, or change of mind.
Treatment Packages
Treatment packages or courses are offered at a preferential rate and are therefore subject to the following conditions:
● Packages are non-refundable once purchased
● All treatments within a package must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date
● Any unused treatments after this time will become void and cannot be refunded or
transferred
Packages are designed to achieve optimal results through a course of treatments and cannot be partially refunded once commenced.
If a client becomes pregnant, develops a medical condition, or is otherwise unable to continue with treatment during a package, refunds will not be issued. Where possible, remaining treatments may be postponed or alternative treatments discussed, at the discretion of Aurelia Clinic.
Medical Suitability
All treatments at Aurelia Clinic are subject to medical suitability and practitioner assessment.
If during consultation, prior to treatment, or at the time of appointment it is determined that a client is not suitable for the requested treatment due to a medical condition, contraindication, or clinical concern, Aurelia Clinic may:
● Recommend an alternative suitable treatment, or
● Advise a different treatment approach
Any such decisions will be made at the discretion of Aurelia Clinic on a case-by-case basis, prioritising client safety at all times.
Skincare Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, skincare products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used, unless the product is proven to be faulty.
Faulty products must be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Exceptional Circumstances
Any exceptions to this Refund Policy are at the sole discretion of Aurelia Clinic management.
